Jamie Goodman-Marketing Director
Hi I am Jamie Goodman, and I am the Marketing Director!
I currently support a variety of areas within our practice, including social media management, direct marketing, organizational and administrative tasks, and much more. I’m passionate about helping our practice grow while ensuring we effectively connect with the individuals and families who may benefit from our services.
With more than six years of experience in education and a certificate in Life Coaching, I have always been passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. My background in education gave me the opportunity to work closely with students and families, and it was through those experiences that I saw firsthand the powerful impact counseling and therapy can have.
Throughout my time in education, I witnessed students navigate anxiety, stress, difficult life circumstances, and emotional challenges. I saw how having the right support and a safe place to talk could make such a meaningful difference in a person's life. Those experiences helped shape my belief that mental and emotional well-being are just as important as any other aspect of our health.
My passion for this work is also personal. My own journey has shown me the value of having someone walk alongside you during difficult seasons of life. Experiencing that support firsthand has given me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of counseling and the courage it takes to reach out for help.
As Marketing Director, I’m passionate about helping connect people with the resources and support they need. I want to help make counseling feel approachable, welcoming, and accessible to those who may be taking that first step toward getting help.
I’m honored to use my experience, creativity, and passion for helping others to support the mission of our counseling practice at Discovery and Wellness and help more people discover that they don't have to walk through life's challenges alone
