Anxiety in and of its self is not bad. There are times when healthy anxiety can be very beneficial in a person’s life. It can create motivation, persistence and an increased sense of alertness. Physical issues such as, shortness of breath, dizziness, headaches, heart palpations, sweating, digestive problems and increased agitation are all signs that your anxiety is taking a negative tole on both your physical and mental health. Perhaps, feelings of overwhelm are triggered by the slightest obstacle. Situations, thoughts and emotions are also contributors to anxiety.
