  • Arrive at 42101 N 41st Dr Ste 148, Anthem, AZ 85086. Your destination will be on the right.

From North:

The closest parking to the office is located in the in the first or second parking lot to the Right as you enter on Elronwood Square Dr. Discovery & Wellness Counseling is located in suite 103. On the opposite side of Ironwood Eye Care in the same building.
