Discovery & Wellness prides itself in teaching and providing tools that can be used anytime, anyplace, anywhere. While on a Stand Up Paddle Board you get the unique opportunity to learn how to ground and balance yourself.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about paddle boarding in a non-judgemental space. Experience yourself in a new way while exploring the paddle board.
We will be focusing our awareness on the movement of the water, our 5 senses and learning about our bodies as we float together.
